Data Management Manager
In this pivotal role you’ll be working as a senior member of the Software Development management team and will be responsible for leading and managing the UK Data Management team.

You will have responsibility for the maintenance and development of the PCMS owned data models and architecture which supports the Vision Commerce software suite, which includes database design from logical models and requirements, and provision of interface specifications for ingress/egress of data from the Vision Commerce software suite. You will also contribute to overall software architecture and design.
We are looking for a motivated team player who can interact with others in a persuasive and influential manner. Planning and organisation is crucial as part of team development. You will be results driven and have an analytical and solutions based nature.
You will be working with the UK Software Development Management team and the US Data Management team. In addition to this, you will work closely customers to analyse their business requirements.
You will need a strong working knowledge of multiple DB technologies including SQL Server and DB2. Business analysis experience and the ability to prepare and interpret ERDs is key. Excellent communication skills on both a technical and non-technical level will be crucial to the success of this role. Experience of UML and knowledge of e-commerce and in-store retail systems would be advantageous.
